ULTRA VIP MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS These Terms and Conditions govern the Ultra VIP Membership for the 2026 Silverback Touring and Tribute Touring calendar. By purchasing or using an Ultra VIP Membership, the Member agrees to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. 1. Membership Inclusions The Ultra VIP Membership provides access to the benefits listed on the membership page at the time of purchase. This includes tickets, merchandise, upgrades, exclusive events, and priority experiences as described. Silverback Touring reserves the right to update or change inclusions if required for operational, artistic, or venue related reasons. Any changes will maintain equivalent or greater value wherever practical. 2. Ticket Entitlements The Ultra VIP Membership includes two standard general admission tickets to each eligible 2026 Silverback Touring and Tribute Touring release. Allocation conditions: • Tickets are issued for each tour released during the 2026 calendar year. • Tickets apply to one show per tour unless otherwise specified. • Members may be required to select their preferred show if multiple dates are available. • Tickets must be booked through the instructions provided for each tour. • Early access windows do not guarantee specific sections or allocations. Silverback Touring may restrict entitlement to specific cities if a tour has limited dates or venue capacity constraints. 3. Meet and Greet Upgrades Meet and Greet upgrades are included when a participating tour offers this option. Conditions: • Availability depends on the touring artist. • Some artists may not offer meet and greet opportunities. • Silverback Touring does not guarantee meet and greet access for every event. • Identification or membership verification may be required at the venue. 4. Tour Dinner Invitations The membership includes two invitations to the annual private Tour Dinner. Conditions: • The event date, time, location, and format will be set by Silverback Touring. • Artist attendance is subject to scheduling and cannot be guaranteed. • If a Member is unable to attend, the invitation cannot be transferred or refunded. • Behavioural standards apply. Silverback Touring reserves the right to remove any attendee who behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner. 5. Poster Collection Members receive the full printed 2026 tour poster collection. Conditions: • Posters may be delivered in batches throughout the year. • Printing, artwork style, and availability are determined by the touring schedule. • Delivery times may vary depending on tour announcements and shipping timelines. • Lost or damaged items can be replaced once at the discretion of Silverback Touring. 6. Merchandise Items The membership includes a customised Silverback T shirt plus a personalised laminate and lanyard. Conditions: • Member may be required to provide shirt size and personalisation details. • Delivery may occur during the first half of 2026. • Incorrect size requests made by the Member are not eligible for replacement. • Personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged. 7. Membership Card A digital membership card will be issued upon purchase. Conditions: • The card must be presented upon request at events or when redeeming benefits. • Digital cards cannot be transferred or reproduced. 8. Priority Access and Communication Members receive priority access to announcements, ticket links, and selected offers. Conditions: • Early access periods do not guarantee ticket availability. • Members must remain subscribed to membership communications to receive updates. • Silverback Touring accepts no responsibility for missed communication due to incorrect email details, spam filtering, or unsubscribing. 9. Transfer and Resale Policy • Memberships are non transferable and may not be resold. • Tickets issued through the membership may not be resold at any price. • Any unauthorised resale will result in cancellation of the membership without refund. 10. Behaviour and Venue Conditions Members must comply with all venue rules, age restrictions, security requirements, and artist or management instructions. Silverback Touring may revoke membership benefits for any behaviour considered unsafe, abusive, illegal, or disruptive. 11. Event Changes and Cancellations Live events are subject to change. Silverback Touring is not responsible for: • Venue changes • Artist cancellations • Postponements • Force majeure or circumstances beyond reasonable control If a tour is postponed or cancelled, replacement benefits may be offered at Silverback Touring’s discretion. Memberships are not refundable due to event changes. 12. Refund Policy Ultra VIP Memberships are non refundable once purchased. This includes: • Change of mind • Scheduling conflicts • Relocation or travel issues • Inability to attend certain events • Changes to touring calendars Refunds may be considered only if required by Australian Consumer Law. 13. Accuracy of Information Members must provide accurate personal details when purchasing the membership. Silverback Touring is not responsible for lost benefits caused by incorrect contact information or failure to update details. 14. Privacy and Data Member information is handled in accordance with Silverback Touring’s privacy policy. Data may be used for: • Membership administration • Ticket allocation • Customer service • Priority communication Personal information will not be shared with third parties except where required for event logistics or legal compliance. 15. Term of Membership The Ultra VIP Membership is valid from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026. Benefits apply only during this period and cannot be carried forward. 16. Amendments to Terms Silverback Touring reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time if required for operational or legal reasons. Any updates will be published on the membership page. 17. Acceptance of Terms Purchase of the Ultra VIP Membership confirms that the Member has read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
