By purchasing tickets, products, or accessing our websites, you agree to these terms.
 
1. General Event Information

All event details including:

  • Venue

  • Date

  • Times

  • Age restrictions

  • Conditions of entry are available on the relevant event page on our websites.

Event details are subject to change without notice.

2. Ticket Entry Requirements
​
Ticket holders must present valid tickets upon entry.

You may:

  • Print your ticket, or

  • Present a digital copy on your device.

  • ​

We cannot guarantee compatibility with digital wallets. We strongly recommend saving a soft copy of your ticket directly to your device.

3. Age Restrictions
​
Unless expressly stated otherwise, events are strictly 18+.

Where minors are permitted:

  • Conditions of entry will be clearly stated on the event listing.

  • Minors may be required to attend with a parent or responsible adult aged 25 years or over.

  • It is the purchaser's responsibility to review and comply with all age-related conditions before purchasing tickets.

  • No refunds will be provided for tickets incorrectly purchased for minors.
     

4. Ticket Sales & Refund Policy
 
All sales are final.
 
Refunds or exchanges are not available for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect show selection

  • Incorrect city selection

  • Incorrect date selection

  • Failure to comply with venue entry requirements

  • Purchases made for minors where entry conditions are not met
     

Refunds are only available if:

  • An event is officially cancelled, or

  • An event is officially postponed and a refund option is offered.
     

Where refunds apply:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Alternatives to refunds, such as credits or tickets to other shows may be offered as an option

  • Ticket holders may be required to complete an application opting for their preferred options

  • Processing of refunds may take up to 30 business days.

  • Booking fees, processing fees, and third-party transaction fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.
     

5. Event Changes
 
Artists, venues, running times, support acts, and event schedules may change without notice.
Reasonable changes to an event do not automatically entitle ticket holders to refunds.
 
6. Venue Conditions & Behaviour
 
Entry is subject to venue conditions and management discretion.
 
Patrons may be refused entry or removed from an event for:

  • Intoxication

  • Aggressive behaviour

  • Illegal activity

  • Unsafe conduct

  • Failure to comply with venue rules
     

No refunds will be provided in these circumstances.
